Tickets and Gift Cards
Satama Areena’s ticketing partner is Lippu.fi. Tickets can also be purchased from Ruori, the City of Kotka’s service point.
How to Buy Tickets for an event at Satama Areena
The easiest way to buy tickets is
- online, including via mobile devices, at lippu.fi
- calling the Lippu.fi service number
- visiting Ruori, the city of Kotka’s service point (Kustaankatu 2)
Payment methods available in the Lippu.fi online store include card payments, online bank payments, MobilePay, Finnair Plus, PayPal, gift cards, and invoicing.
Group tickets can be purchased by emailing ryhmat@lippu.fi or by calling Lippupiste’s Satama Areena group sales line at 0600 413 146 (€2/min + local/mobile network charge). Group sales are open Mon–Sat from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The Satama Areena’s lobby service and restaurant do not sell tickets to events.
A Gift Card for Memorable Experiences
Satama Areena does not sell gift cards; instead, you can purchase a gift card for our events via the lippu.fi service and complement your gift with a gift card from our restaurant partner, Compass Group.
