Kymi Sinfonietta appears at the Kotka Maritime Festival for the very first time – and we’re going loud and high! Kotka’s very own Antti Rissanen steers the orchestra and soloists into the world of rock.

The concert is a tribute to Tapani Kansa—an artist who sang his way into the hearts of the Finnish people and whose music lives on. The soloists are Teemu Roivainen, Tomi Metsäketo, Lauri Mikkola, and Mikael Saari, accompanied by a seven-piece orchestra of the country’s finest musicians, led by pianist Jukka Nykänen.
