With its flexible spaces and quality event services, Event Centre Satama provides an inspiring setting for any event, small or large. Thanks to moveable, soundproof partitions, the Event Centre can be divided into multiple configurations according to the needs of event organisers. The maximum capacity of the largest space is 3,200 people.
Event Centre Satama comprises several spaces: on the ground floor, there’s a spacious lobby and a large, multi-purpose hall (L) that can be divided into smaller sections. On the top floor, another, smaller space (XS) can also be divided into smaller sections as needed, or combined with the ground-floor hall. These spaces are complemented by five top-floor meeting spaces, furnished with top-of-the-range technical equipment.
Fluent event logistics and well-chosen technical equipment are at the core of the Event Centre’s operations. The equipment available at the Event Centre, as well as event organisers’ own equipment, can be used in any of the spaces. Stages and platforms are modular, allowing maximum flexibility.
